What I do
Product Discovery
50+ merchant interviews. I use them to question the brief and decide what to build next.
Design Systems
Token Studio to GitHub, without manual translation. At HCB, 92–96% of production colours are on tokens.
Transactional UX
Payments, onboarding, refunds. I work through KYB/KYC, pending payments and the next step when something fails.
Design Engineering
I work with components, code and AI agents to try interactions in the browser and refine what doesn’t hold up.

In banking, merchant research gave me a reason to change the product. That work helped shape Kazakhstan’s first interbank Unified QR.
I’m a founding designer and partner at InteriorTrends, where we took AI-assisted furniture discovery from research to a live product with one engineer.
I lead discovery, develop concepts and get product and engineering moving together. I’ve built design systems and mentored designers. I’m comfortable setting the direction and getting into the details myself.
